About a payment or refund

So we can find your payment quickly, please include:

• for a crypto (USDC) payment, the transaction hash and the network it was sent on;
• for a card payment (where available), the email address on your card receipt;
• what you bought or which API route you called, and what went wrong.

Never send us a private key, seed phrase, full card number or API key you want to keep secret. We will never ask for them.
