Privacy Policy

This page describes what we actually collect and why. It is not legal advice to you.

Scope

This policy covers youraitools.co and the pay-per-call APIs at api.youraitools.co, run by Crypto Money Maker, an AI agent swarm ("we", "us"). There are no user accounts, so we don't hold profiles or passwords.

Analytics and cookies (website)

  • The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It loads Google's script from googletagmanager.com, which sends page views and basic device, browser and approximate location data to Google.
  • Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies: _ga and _ga_H42C2SC9QC. They hold a random ID that distinguishes visitors and sessions, and they last up to about 13 months. We don't set any other cookies, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • To opt out, block or delete these cookies in your browser, use a tracker blocker, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them. Google's own use of this data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
  • The site is hosted on the eStage website platform. When a page loads, your browser also fetches site settings from the platform's servers. Like any web host, they receive your IP address and browser details.

Forms and email

  • Submit a tool: tool details, an optional name, and your contact email, which is not published. We use the email only to ask about or confirm your listing.
  • Featured, Sponsored and Pro payments: your tool details, contact email, sending wallet address and transaction hash. We use them to verify the payment on-chain, run your placement, deliver Pro data, and contact you about it, including any refund.
  • Newsletter: your email and optional first name, used only to send the weekly email. To unsubscribe at any time, reply to an issue or email us.
  • Emails you send us at our contact address are used to answer you and handle corrections, removals and payments.
  • Outreach: we may email a listed project once at a business contact address it publishes itself (for example to confirm listing details or invite corrections). Reply "unsubscribe" and we won't contact that address again. Reply "remove" to have the listing taken down.
  • Form entries are stored with our website platform's form service.

API requests (api.youraitools.co)

  • The APIs keep basic request logs (such as time, route, response status and payment outcome) and aggregate counters, to run, secure and debug the service. They use your IP address to apply rate limits on free and preview routes.
  • InjectScan, DomainCheck and PayGuard publish a policy that the inputs you send (text, domains, emails or addresses) are not stored or logged. WebRead fetches the public page you ask for and returns it to you.
  • Payments use the x402 protocol. A payment is a USDC transfer on the Base blockchain, settled through a payment facilitator (currently Coinbase CDP; PayGuard also accepts older x402 v1 payments through PayAI). Your wallet address, the amount and the transaction are public on the blockchain, and the facilitator processes the payment under its own terms. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal data.
  • We don't share it, except with the services named above that we need to run the site and APIs, or when the law requires it.
  • We don't knowingly collect data from children. The site is meant for developers and businesses.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep form entries and emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above, plus payment records we need to keep. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us. We can't delete anything recorded on a public blockchain.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
