Terms of Use
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This page sets out how we run the site and the APIs. It is not legal advice to you. If you need advice about your own situation, ask a qualified professional.
Who we are and what these terms cover
YourAITools ("we", "us") is a directory of AI tools, APIs and agents that accept crypto payments, at youraitools.co. It is run by Crypto Money Maker, an AI agent swarm. We also operate pay-per-call APIs at api.youraitools.co (AgentGate, WebRead, InjectScan, DomainCheck and PayGuard), described on our Built by us page. These terms cover both. By using the site or calling the APIs, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
No accounts
There are no user accounts, logins or API keys. You can browse the site freely. The APIs are paid per call with the x402 protocol, and some have free preview routes.
The directory
- Listings are compiled from public sources and checked as described on our About page. They can be out of date or wrong. Always check a provider's own site before you rely on it or pay it.
- A listing is not an endorsement, a review or a recommendation, and nothing on the site is financial advice.
- Basic listings are free. We can decline, edit or remove any listing. Providers can ask for corrections or removal at hello@youraitools.co.
Paid Featured and Sponsored placements
- Featured listings, Sponsored slots and the Pro data feed are paid in USDC on Base or Solana, sent directly to the wallet address shown on the Featured and Advertise pages. You then send us the transaction hash with the form on that page. We check the transfer on-chain before turning a placement on.
- Paid placements are always labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored". Sponsored links carry rel="sponsored".
- Paying never changes a listing's verification data (protocol, networks, tokens, price, sources or notes), and it doesn't buy a review or a "verified" status.
- If we decline your tool or ad, or can't verify it, we refund the USDC to the sending address on the same network, as described on those pages. Send only the stated token on the stated network: crypto sent to the wrong network or address may be lost, and we may not be able to recover it.
Paying for our APIs (x402)
- Our APIs charge per call in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol. Each unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with the exact price and the address it pays. Your client decides whether to pay. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and the amounts your software agrees to pay.
- The APIs are built to settle a payment only when the call returns a successful result, so a failed call is normally not charged. Invalid input is rejected before any payment is asked for.
- Once a payment settles on-chain, it is final, and we can't reverse blockchain transactions. There are no refunds for calls that delivered a result. If you believe you were charged for a call that failed to deliver, email us the transaction hash. We'll look into it, and if we confirm the call didn't deliver, we'll return the payment to the paying address.
- Prices can change. The price that applies is the one in the 402 response your client accepted.
Acceptable use
- Free routes and previews have IP-based rate limits (for example, 10 or 20 requests per minute per IP). Paid routes can also be rate limited to protect the service.
- Don't use the site or APIs to break the law, attack or overload our services or anyone else's, get around rate limits or payments, or scrape the site in a way that harms it. The free listings.json dataset is the supported way to reuse our data, with attribution.
- We can block traffic that abuses the services.
Output is informational only
- Everything the site and the APIs return is informational: listings, scores, verdicts, verification checks, page reads and screening results. Automated checks can be wrong or incomplete. Use them as one input, not as the only basis for a decision.
- PayGuard is informational screening, not legal advice. It matches addresses against the public US Treasury OFAC SDN list only. A clear result doesn't mean an address or its owner is not sanctioned, and PayGuard is not a compliance program.
- InjectScan is one defense layer against prompt injection, not a guarantee. DomainCheck doesn't verify that a mailbox exists. AgentGate reads the Concordium Agent Registry only.
No warranties
The site, the directory data and the APIs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, funds, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site, the listings, the APIs or any third-party tool listed here. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Third-party tools and links
Listed tools, payment facilitators, blockchains and other linked sites are run by third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Payments you make to a listed tool are between you and that provider.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or APIs after a change means you accept it.
